Hi, I'm Heather Aiello, founder of The Organized You.
I believe an organized home is about so much more than neatly labeled bins or beautiful closets. It's about creating spaces that help you feel calmer, more productive, and able to enjoy your home without the stress of clutter.
My path to becoming a professional organizer wasn't one I expected. After selling my technology business, I thought retirement was the next chapter. But after nearly a year, I realized something was missing. I wasn't ready to stop building something meaningful.
One evening my husband asked what I wanted to do next. My answer came without hesitation:
"I want to be a professional organizer."
That moment changed everything.

What started as a passion quickly grew into a thriving business serving homeowners throughout Greater Boston.
One of the best decisions I made early on was becoming a partner with The Container Store's In-Home Organizing Program. This allows my team and me to combine professional organizing with custom closets, storage solutions, and professional installation.

What I Love Most
The most rewarding part of my job isn't organizing containers or creating beautiful spaces. It's seeing how my clients feel when we're finished.
